In your 1/8 Summer Beef Package you will be receiving our premium grass fed angus beef, as well as brat patties from our natural, pastured pigs. We do not use any grains for finishing our cattle. They graze our home pastures during the warm months, and are fed hay we make ourselves, during colder months.
