Sirloin steak can be a less expensive alternative to ribeyes. The key to a tender juicy sirloin steak, is in the marinade. We recommend marinating in an acidic base such as citrus, vinegar, or even wine for up to 48 hours. Then grill to rare or medium and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. For the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness, our natural steaks come from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural.
Vacuum sealed packages are approximately 1 to 1 1/4 pound. You will receive a minimum of 1# per steak at 18.00 per pound.
