In our opinion, tenderloin steaks are the creme de la creme of beef, no marinade necessary. Our favorite way to prepare these are filet mignon. Simply sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on both sides and wrap with a piece of bacon before grilling. Oh my! For the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness, our natural steaks come from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural.
